Neck Exercises
With any routine, avoid exercises that hurt or stir up your problem. You should feel good after stretching and strengthening. Discuss any concerns with your Chiro.
1) Quick stretch to do during the day to relieve a stiff neck.
2) A nice routine to relieve tension in the shoulderblades and lower neck.
3) A nice follow along routine to do every day. Great for improving neck mobility.
4) Try these stretches if you have a pinched nerve in your neck.
