General Stretching Routines
With any routine, avoid exercises that hurt or stir up your problem. You should feel good after stretching and strengthening. Discuss any concerns with your Chiro.
1) A quick routine to do every day.
2) These are the classic McGill exercises for safely strengthening the lumbar spine. A safe place to start.
3) This set of exercises is a daily routine that middle to older age patients should do every day. Great for overall flexibility.
4) This set of 3 stretches can often relieve sciatic nerve pain, at least for a few hours.
